Do you provide coach parking?
Coaches may pull up to the hotel to load and unload passengers. Parking for coaches is nearby (within 5 minutes walk). For more information, please ask Caroline.

How early can we check in?
Our check in time is from 2pm. Early check in is available with prior arrangement and fees may apply.

How late can we check out?
Check out is at 11am.  Late check outs can be arranged in advance.  Fees may apply.

Do you have WiFi?
Free WiFi is provided throughout the hotel and in guest bedrooms.

What are my dining options?
Our town centre location gives you plenty of dining options during your visit. You may also choose to dine in one of our two onsite restaurants:

  • BRAZZ, our casual brasserie
  • or Castle Bow for a fine dining experience in a relaxed atmosphere

Do your staff speak any languages other than English?
If you do not speak English, please let reception know and we will make arrangements for translation.

Do you provide shuttle service?
Regretably, we do not offer a shuttle service. However, we are located within walking distance from both Taunton bus and train stations. Should you require transport, we are happy to arrange a taxi to collect you. Please let us know when you plan to arrive. (Taxi charges apply.)
